WHO CAN BUY FROM TOWNCHIC.CO?

To shop at Townchic.co, you should be at least 18 years of age or above and legally permitted by the laws of your country to shop in the country. 

 

HOW DO I GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT?

Once your account is created and you become a part of Townchic, you can login with your e-mail id and password. You will also receive a confirmation letter of your membership at your doorstep. On the right-hand side, top corner of Townchic homepage, we have a "My Account" section, which will lead you to your account with Townchic.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICE IN?

Townchic.co deliver orders to Sri Lanka, India and Maldives from our portal, so you need to give an address in one of these countries along with your contact number and email for a successful delivery of your product.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR OFFICES LOCATED?

Townchic has 16 sourcing fulfilment centers located worldwide, with inward fulfilment centers located in Colombo, Bangalore and Male.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED RUNS OUT OF STOCK?

There can be three considerations that can be taken for this:

  1. If the item runs out of stock, it would be labelled the same and the item won't get added to your shopping bag. However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your shopping bag but before your check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out.

  2. Such items can be added to your wish list and we would try our best to contact our boutique and provide you with your wish list item at the earliest possible. As soon as your wish list item will be available with our store, we will notify you for the same so that you can place your order.

  3. If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, then, we will try our best to fulfil the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take more than 45 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item as per your convenience and offer store credit against that item.

 

WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT ARRIVED YET?

Sometimes delays will happen that are beyond our control due to various reasons in the country of export and/or imports ranging from acts of God, sickness and famine, political upheaval, natural calamities, customs clearance delay, out of stock and delays on seller shipping to our fulfilment centers to parcel damage. We will always endeavour at our discretion to keep you updated in such situations and deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible. Force Majeure does apply.

 

WHAT IS MY WISHLIST?

My Wishlist is a creative list wherein you can add the items you like and may wish to purchase anytime in the future, which we will source out to you as per your request from our boutiques.

CAN I GET WARRANTY/GUARANTEE FOR THE PRODUCT?

All the products are under Townchic' assurance in all manners and aspects; we would provide you with all the details regarding the colour, size, material and other necessary information required. We ensure to provide you with an absolute authentic product with best quality across the globe at best prices. The goods offered on Townchic.co are imported and genuine, which are sold directly to the customers and goods offered on Townchic.co may or may not include any after sale service/warranties depending on the nature and type of product. Any warranties offered will be through Townchic at our sole discretion. 

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

  1. Rest assured that the access to your personal information is kept limited to us and our subsidiaries and is totally confidential.

  2. To be our member at Townchic, we will need to have your name, mailing address, contact number and email address. While processing your order online, we would require your billing address, shipping address, contact number, debit card number/ credit card number and the expiry date. If necessary, these particular details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

 

IS COD AVAILABLE ON ALL PRODUCTS?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery in any of our territories.
